When search criteria pertaining to a javascript question brings home more than the technical bacon

I recently learned someone I interacted with texturally a couple decades ago made a name for themselves in open source software development.

So of course the nostalgia within congealed into sent email.

(which – endless ughs – subsequent, post-send proofreading flagged as containing an embarrassing typo)

I'm just sad the chances of hearing back are slim at best, whether due to spam filters, having been forgotten, coming across as irrelevant relative to more interesting others, being remembered as an asshole for whatever reason(s), etc., etc.

No one ever said being beings of radically different reality modelings would be easy!
