Playing with Azure and Heroku a bit.

Azure seems steeped in typical, maddening Microsoft WTFs. Bill Gates should have been tried and convicted of high crimes against humanity decades ago. I think of Windows as the codification of Murphy's Law that guarantees being bent over for yet another Microsoft WTF at least a couple times an hour.

But don't get me going.
